Since the declaration of a State of Emergency in the health sector by His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, Ph.D., the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, no one is allowed to establish or operate a healthcare facility of any type in Akwa Ibom State without registration and accreditation by the Government.
